Join the Card Request Train

I have been seeing posts on Facebook lately about people having a rough time or otherwise deserving a little sunshine and needing cards or greetings sent their way. Since I make cards and have a fair amount on hand at any given time, this is right up my alley. I also am considering making it a feature of the blog/Facebook page. You, my lovely readers and fans could submit stories of people who need cards for a little bit of cheer for whatever reason. I could share the stories and addresses on the blog and on the Facebook and hopefully get some cards to these well deserving people. What would you guys think of that?

For today, I wanted to share with you the stories of 4 people that I read about on Free Tastes Good as part of their 365 Days of Kindness Movement. I wanted to start this off by saying that even though I am a Christian, I am not going to put a religious emphasis on this just because I want to include all the readers and fans out there and I realize that many of us may worship differently. Regardless of how we worship, sending these people a little bit of joy is a great thing and I would love it if some of you guys would join in. I am going to paste the stories of the 4 individuals right from the Free Tastes Good blog post that I linked at the beginning of the paragraph. If you would like this to be an ongoing feature for the blog/Facebook, please comment and let me know. If you have someone in your life that needs some cheer, send me a message through my Facebook and let me know!
