1 Stamp Set: 3 Cards

Hello, everyone!

So, the holidays are coming fast. Only 20 days left, if you can believe that! Where did 2012 go? I'm rushing to get everything done, as usual. I'm a pretty skilled procrastinator, after all. Last week, I made these cute little Christmas cards using just one stamp set, one ink pad and a few papers from one paper pack. Pretty cool, eh? I really liked how they turned out!

What I used:

I don't think projects like these necessarily need step by step instructions, so I'll post up my finished results. You should be able to recreate them just by looking, but if there is something that you need clarification on, feel free to comment and let me know. I'll for sure answer any questions! The great thing about these cards? I made quite a few with only a few sheets of the paper. I have plenty of paper left over for more cards or scrap layouts!

Using a piece of a sponge , you can easily ink around the edges of cutouts to give them more "pop"

In this one, I freehand cut the bottoms of strips of paper to give them a "ribbon" look. They don't have to be perfect. Goodness knows mine weren't. I used the cranberry ink to chalk the pieces AND the card edges too!

I had a leftover stamped tag from making the other cards, so I didn't let it go to waste! Simple but pretty!

Have you tried this stamp set or made holiday cards with scraps? Show us your results! Happy Crafting!
